Returns & Exchanges

Rancourt & Co. offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine footwear in its original packaging. Please note that custom 'Made-to-Order' items and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Place the unworn items back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
