How long does it take to receive my handcrafted shoes?
Since many of our items are 'Made to Order' to ensure the highest quality, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for production. For 'In Stock' items, orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days.
Can Rancourt & Co. shoes be resoled?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive Refurbishment Service. Because our shoes are constructed using traditional Blake, Goodyear, and Moc-stitch methods, we can replace the soles and refresh the leather to extend the life of your footwear.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in unworn, original condition. Please note that custom 'Made to Order' or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How do I determine my correct size?
Our shoes generally run true to standard US Brannock sizing. We provide a detailed sizing guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we typically recommend sizing down a half size for our unlined loafers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What types of leather do you use?
We source premium leathers from the world's finest tanneries, including Horween Leather Company in Chicago. Our collection features Genuine Shell Cordovan, Chromexcel, and various high-quality calfskins and suedes.
